Wig construction starts 48 hours after purchase. Your orders cannot be changed after that and all sales are final.

How long is delivery?

UK DELIVERY:

Delivery is available Monday to Friday and all orders take 1-2 working days for Special Delivery/ For sale items please allow 5-7 working days due to the high volume.

Standard Delivery is 3-5 working days.

International/DHL Express

• DHL Express is available Monday to Friday and takes 3-5 working days. 
• Deliveries are tracked and you will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been dispatched.
• Our couriers deliver during normal business hours and a signature may be required upon receipt.
• Any custom charges on orders placed must be paid for by the recipient. Our company is not responsible for these charges and have no control over the costs, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.
• If you are unavailable to take delivery of your parcel, the courier will leave a delivery card.
• Please note that orders will not be delivered on any public holiday dates in your country. On these occasions delivery should be expected to arrive the next working day.

Undelivered Order

• You will be able to follow your order with the tracking number that is provided via email once your goods have been dispatched. If the estimated delivery time has passed and you still have not received your order, please email us on info@thinkwigs.com.
• We aim to meet the delivery times stated however during busy periods (including sales) deliveries may take longer than usual. Our company cannot be held responsible for any lost or stolen parcels as a result of delivery instructions provided to the courier.

When do I receive my tracking details? Every customer receives their tracking details and order fulfilment at any time during the delivery period above.

What should I do on a rare occasion that my order doesn’t arrive in that time period?

Orders are sent via a guaranteed 1st class signed for/special delivery Royal Mail/DHL service, on rare occasions, they have delays. If this is the case, email info@thinkwigs.com immediately quoting your order reference.
